Vertistrome

Vertistrome – Verticillium lecanii 1.15% WP (CEPT) is a high-quality biological insecticide based on the entomopathogenic fungus Verticillium lecanii, formulated as a 1.15% wettable powder and approved under CEPT by the Central Insecticides Board (CIB). It targets a wide range of soft-bodied insect pests including aphids, whiteflies, thrips, jassids, and mealybugs.

The fungal spores attach to the insect body, germinate under favorable conditions, and penetrate the cuticle, causing the insect to die through internal colonization.
